Responsibilities

• Respond to product, service and order inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Process sales purchase orders and validate information from customers.
• Provide guidance to help customers choose products and navigate the ecommerce site.
• Proactively update internal stakeholders on order status.
• Generate sales quotes within Salesforce quote-to-cash.
• Adhere to QMS/ISMS policies in daily activities.
