Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Accounting to establish scalable accounting processes for revenue recognition, inventory, 3PL, and gross-to-net as we prepare to launch our first product.

The role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership to build a robust internal control framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on pre-commercial experience in biotech or life sciences, with strong technical accounting expertise and ability to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition and cost of goods sold.
• Experience with inventory accounting and 3PL/CMO partnerships.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit processes; public company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement ASC 606 revenue recognition policies and control activities for product sales.
• Oversee gross-to-net reserves modeling (rebates, chargebacks, returns, Medicaid/Medicare).
• Manage outsourced order-to-cash processes including billing, revenue cut-off, and cash applications.
• Prepare technical memos and narratives to support audits and filings.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, IT to align accounting with forecasts and operations.
• Provide guidance on pricing, distribution models and new commercial initiatives in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Lead accounting staff or external consultants and coordinate with auditors on commercial accounting matters.
• Oversee worldwide commercial and clinical inventory accounting, including cost and variance analyses.
• Review monthly manufacturing accruals and drive close process improvements.
