The program includes formal and informal networking, with project assignments aligned to skills and interests to support continuous improvement initiatives. January–July 2027, full‑time, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Science or Engineering Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate program (STEM)
• Interest and passion for biotechnology, specifically biologics/cell therapy processes
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills as demonstrated through previous experiences which may include laboratory experience, project design course(s), research projects, knowledge of programming/scientific software, and/or previous co‑ops/internships
• Willingness to gown into controlled manufacturing spaces when required
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Please note that visa sponsorship, including for student or temporary work authorization programs, is not available for this role. Candidates must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge or understanding of biotech process such as cell culture and purification
• Support structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts within a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment
• Review, organize and/or maintain technical documentation
• Analyze data or trends to identify root causes and develop practical, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate cross‑functionally within Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain teams
• Explore and help pilot emerging tools and technologies
