Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; biology-related preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience or internships accepted.
• Interest in biotech with ability to turn discussions into tasks.
• Excellent organization, detail orientation and prioritization.
• Clear written and verbal communication; note-taking.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and meet commitments.
• Willingness to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Convert priorities into actionable tasks with owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate projects across research, platform development and customer work.
• Support leadership by organizing priorities and meeting prep.
• Keep meetings productive with agendas and action items.
• Gather information and prepare concise summaries and briefings.
• Maintain project visibility with schedules and budget updates.
• Own initiatives and improve internal processes across teams.
