Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in a fully remote biotech-focused organization. The role will drive strategic alignment, facilitate cross-functional execution, and manage key organizational projects to accelerate growth while ensuring rigorous governance.

The candidate will coordinate enterprise planning, prepare materials for boards and investors, and analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Objectives: drive strategic alignment, facilitate cross-functional execution, support executive decision-making, and manage key organizational projects.

Responsibilities: oversee enterprise planning, coordinate initiatives across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and Legal; prepare board and investor materials; analyze performance metrics and market trends; support biotech product strategy, lifecycle, and organizational scaling.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or healthcare; 8+ years in management, strategy, consulting, or operations, preferably with an MBA; experience supporting executive teams in fast-paced environments; strong project coordination, cross-functional leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Preferred: experience in biotech or highly regulated environments, preparing materials for boards or senior leadership, advanced proficiency in MS Office.
