Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Biotechnician - Clarification/TC in San Diego to perform large and small-scale cell culture clarification and concentration. The role includes harvesting TC supernatants, media prep, sample processing, and maintaining batch records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate should be a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines while upholding lab safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year biotech manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with cell culture processes and related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform large and small-scale cell culture clarification and concentration.
• Conduct analytical assays (e.g., nephelometer) as needed.
• Follow SOPs, batch records and compliance documentation.
• Support clarification processes and sample prep.
• Prepare buffers and media; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety/QA procedures.
• Collaborate with team and report issues; participate in continuous improvement.
