Job summary

BioLegend, part of Revvity, is seeking a Biotechnician for Clarification/Tissue Culture in San Diego. This role focuses on clarifying and concentrating cell culture harvests, preparing media, and supporting the Tissue Culture group in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have basic biotech experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and safety. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1+ year biotech manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s degree in life science with 2+ years in the industry preferred.
• Experience with TFF, filtration, buffer/media prep, hybridoma production, bioreactors in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Clarification and concentration of cell culture harvests.
• Prepare buffers and media, and maintain batch records.
• Operate relevant equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Support TC team with sampling, cleaning, and documentation.
