Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH seeks a Project Manager I to coordinate client-facing projects within a CDMO setting. You will plan, track schedules, and lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development to meet milestones.

The role emphasizes communication, risk tracking, and change management, with exposure to tech transfer and clinical to commercial manufacturing. 2–4 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of project coordination/management in biotech/pharma/CDMO.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from initiation through completion with timelines.
• Develop schedules, logs, and status reports; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and provide ongoing updates and risk management.
• Support technical transfer, manufacturing readiness, and change control.
