Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Project Manager II to lead capital and manufacturing initiatives at the West Chester and Blue Ash sites. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new lines, upgrades, and transformations with GMP compliance and cost control.

The role requires extensive project management experience, cross-functional leadership, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• Independently lead capital or manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong charter/scope definition, schedule, and budget ownership with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage resources, budget, and schedule.
• Develop URS/FS/DS and coordinate FAT and SAT for new equipment.
• Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ and PPQ activities to release lines and equipment.
• Oversee vendor relations, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain risk registers, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure GMP compliance, safety, and quality throughout project delivery.
