Job summary

Enveda is seeking a dynamic Asset Strategy & Operations leader to drive end-to-end program execution for a single-asset biotech. You’ll partner with Asset Entrepreneurs and translate complex science and regulatory inputs into clear, data-driven decisions for the Board and leadership.

The role combines strategy, science, and operations, with remote work and monthly travel to align with the team and external stakeholders. Embrace ambiguity and move quickly to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy
• Full cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts
• External engagement, managing vendors and strategic partners
• Board and investor engagement within BD processes
• Scientific storytelling to craft the narrative of new molecules
