Sanofi US seeks an Immunology Franchise Lead within Vaccines R&D to shape the immunology strategy across the franchise, drive scientific breakthroughs, and provide essential guidance across early and late-stage development.

You will lead a global team, partner with Clinical Franchise Leaders and external experts, and influence portfolio decisions while advancing AI-powered immunology platforms to protect global health.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology or MD in Immunology with 5+–10+ years in industry required.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead immunology strategy across the vaccine franchise and oversee immunogenicity endpoints.
• Serve as primary immunology interface with Clinical Franchise Leadership and One Research heads.
• Establish external partnerships with academic institutes and key opinion leaders.
• Mentor Senior Clinical Immunology Leads and Immunology Leads across sites.
• Generate data-driven insights to contextualize vaccine candidates and inform portfolio decisions.
• Oversee cutting-edge immunology methodologies aligned with regulatory standards.
