Job summary

Immunovant, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead the statistics strategy across multiple development programs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the Biostatistics plan in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires a PhD in statistics/biostatistics and 12+ years of biotech/pharma experience, with strong regulatory engagement and mathematical expertise guiding translational decisions and submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics/biostatistics or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health-related area.
• Knowledge of Health Authority guidelines and ICH regulations.
• Experience engaging with Health Authorities.
• Deep understanding of drug development from Phase 2 to launch.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statistics strategy, planning, execution, and communication for assigned programs.
• Provide input on clinical development plans, SAPs, regulatory submissions and questions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partner lines (e.g., Medical Directors, Regulatory).
• Ensure study and project statistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply innovative statistical methods to streamline development.
• Manage indication/study biostatisticians.
