Job summary

Immunovant, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead statistics strategy and execution across development programs. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate biostatistics deliverables in a fast-moving biotech startup environment.

The role requires a PhD in statistics or related field and 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with direct engagement with Health Authorities and regulatory submissions. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or related field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health-related areas.
• Knowledge of Health Authority and ICH guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of statistics strategy, planning, execution, and communication for programs.
• Contribute statistically rigorous input into development plans, SAPs, regulatory submissions, and questions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partner lines (e.g., Medical Directors, Regulatory).
• Ensure study and project statistical activities comply with regulatory requirements and Immunovant standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply innovative statistical methods to streamline development.
• Manage indication/study biostatisticians.
