The role leads SOP development, statistical guidance on study design and analyses, client collaboration, audits, and cross-functional partnership to drive regulatory compliant results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics or related field; PhD considered.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of statistical methodologies and analyses for clinical development.
• Strong understanding of drug development and ICH-GCP guidelines; regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve SOPs, templates, and processes for ICH-GCP compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee project execution with staffing, quality control, issue resolution, and timely delivery of statistical services.
• Foster collaborative, cross-functional teamwork and open communication across departments.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and ongoing compliance.
• Support Business Development by reviewing proposals and maintaining client/vendor relationships.
