Job summary

Servier seeks an Associate Director, Biostatistics in Boston to lead statistical activities across assets, supporting trials, submissions, and evidence generation. You will collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and HEOR teams to ensure regulatory relevance and scientific validity.

The role requires a PhD in Biostatistics with 5+ years in pharma, SAS proficiency, and deep knowledge of ICH/FDA/EMEA guidelines. Hybrid 2–3 days in office or 100% remote with occasional Boston travel.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics or closely related field required with 5+ years in pharma.
• Master’s degree in Statistics may be considered with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical support by directing analyses and interpreting results.
• Plan and track activities across projects and justify resource needs.
• Provide input into product development, HEOR/HTA strategy.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics team or CROs to develop statistical approaches.
• Select appropriate methods for study design and data analysis; review statistical sections.
• Interact with regulators and external bodies on clinical trial statistical issues.
• Guide regulatory submissions and data packages with statistical input.
• Contribute to publication plans and standard documentation templates.
