Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking an Associate Director, Biostatistics to ensure high-quality statistical support across Phase I–IV studies. You will oversee SOP development, templates, and processes to comply with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards while guiding study design, protocol, and CRF development.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and leadership across departments. The position requires a Master’s or higher in Biostatistics or related field with 7+ years of biostatistics experience,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics.
• Expert knowledge of statistical methodologies and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and continuously improve SOPs, work instructions, templates, and processes.
• Oversee project execution, staffing, quality control, issue resolution, and timely delivery.
• Lead audits and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Provide expert statistical consultation on trial design, sample size calculations, and analysis plans.
• Author and review statistical analysis plans and reports for Phase I–IV studies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, planning, and cross-functional teams.
