Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to initiate biospecimen components of research studies across designated collection locations. You will ensure protocol execution per SOPs, GCP, and HIPAA, maintain supply inventories, and interface with sponsor labs to support ongoing trials.

5% mentorship of associates is included. The role requires collaboration with NYU School of Medicine personnel, training in biosafety, and adherence to rigorous regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of clinical research or related lab experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biospecimen collection, processing, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain biospecimen inventories and coordinate supplies.
• Interface with sponsors and lab partners to support trials.
• Mentor junior CRCs and assist with SOP development.
