Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to initiate biospecimen components of research studies across collection sites. You will ensure protocol execution per SOPs, GCP, HIPAA and sponsor requirements, maintain biospecimen kit inventories and coordinate with 3rd party labs and the study team.

Under supervision, you will mentor Associate CRCs, write SOPs as needed, and support QA and data integrity across multiple studies, contributing to high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• 2 years of clinical research or related lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biospecimen collection, transport, processing, storage and shipping.
• Maintain biospecimen inventories and assist with QC of records.
• Serve as point of contact for designated biospecimen collections.
• Prepare documents and data entry for study records and web forms.
• Mentor new CRCs and help develop SOPs and training materials.
