Qualifications

• PhD in pathology or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in pathology research.
• Experience in pathology research and translational science.
• Knowledge of IRB, HIPAA and research compliance.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees research employees, students, and other staff.
• Authors scientific publications, reports and patents.
• Plans experiments and analyzes findings.
• Prepares research proposals and funding applications.
• Mentors trainees and junior staff in pathology research.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
