Job summary

Cryoport Systems is seeking an Operations Manager - BioServices to oversee all projects in the BioServices area for multiple clients, including kit assembly, labeling, and compliance with cGMP and safety policies. The role involves coordinating with Program Managers, staff supervision, SOP development, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities include SOP writing, training, quality control tasks, stock management, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in GMP/GxP environments.
• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials.
• Experience in clinical packaging and labeling is desirable.
• Willingness to work in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and quality of daily operations.
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop, revise SOPs and write change controls.
• Monitor inventory and temperature systems.
• Assist with audits and client tours.
