IPHASE Pharma Services seeks a Laboratory Technician to support daily lab operations, assist with product manufacturing and quality control, and contribute to R&D activities. The role involves inventory tracking, logistics support, and maintaining compliant records in a dynamic lab environment.

Ideal candidates have a biotech background, 1–3 years lab experience, and strong organizational skills with attention to safety and accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in academic, research, or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with immunology, chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, and related lab techniques.
• Experience with pipetting, centrifugation, spectrophotometry, and basic cell culture.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Perform routine laboratory procedures including sample preparation and quality control testing.
• Assist senior scientists with experiments, data collection, and product development.
• Maintain accurate lab records in notebooks and electronic systems.
• Label, store, track, and dispose of biological samples and reagents.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment following safety procedures.
• Support inventory management and logistics, including purchasing and restocking.
