• Familiarity with Excel and basic functions.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with daily pull list.
• Re-file material as needed.
• Assist with inventory reduction.
• Unpack specimens and record information.
• Store at appropriate temperature following guidelines for frozen and ambient samples.
• Document all discrepancies and notify responsible person.
• Verify shipment contents against packing list.
• Label blocks, slides, and vials as needed.
• Perform QC check of samples to client spreadsheet.
• Prepare and pack box for shipment.
• Maintain SOPs and IATA shipping regulations; keep certification current.
• Carry out other duties/projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
