Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in biorepository management or clinical research support.
• Proficiency with LIMS or similar data management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA and IRB).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage biorepository studies from initiation to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of biospecimens (collection, storage, processing, distribution).
• Use LIMS to track specimens, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, IRB, policies).
• Prepare study documents (informed consent, protocols, regulatory letters).
• Communicate with research teams, participants, and external collaborators.
• Perform QA checks on biospecimen handling and documentation.
• Assist with study meetings and training sessions.
• Support development and implementation of SOPs for biorepository operations.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to specimen collection, processing, and storage.
