Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.
• Ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and control workflow.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Other combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt of consignments and shipments.
• Open shipments and perform quality checks on patient info forms; escalate issues to senior staff.
• Facilitate long-term storage or client sample disposition.
• Support and respond to after-hour alarms and other critical functions.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Manage supply inventory and general cleanup of workstations.
• Perform various administrative duties as required.
• Organize the work area as requested by management.
• Handle receipt of compounds and control material, depending on the area.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Participate in continuing education through self-study and meetings.
• Perform work in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
