Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of direct industry experience.
• PhD will not be considered at this job level.
• Biochemistry experience with some knowledge of protein chemistry and protein purification.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and interpret purification development experiments for bioproduct API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Bioprocess/Bioproduct Development and Manufacturing.
• Support transfer of purification processes to pilot plant and manufacturing.
• Author technical reports and regulatory documents.
• Work with external parties on development projects and outsourcing.
