Job summary

Meissner's Field Applications Specialist (Bioprocessing) based in Seattle, WA or the San Francisco Bay Area will serve as the technical interface between biopharmaceutical customers and internal engineering teams, supporting design and deployment of single-use systems for drug manufacturing.

The role requires a BS in engineering, at least 1 year in single-use systems for pharma, strong self-motivation and time management, and up to 40% travel to client sites globally; Meissner offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year as a technical specialist in single-use systems for pharma.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and time management.
• Travel to client facilities up to 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with biopharmaceutical and biotech customers across Europe to understand their process requirements.
• Design and support implementation of single-use systems used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the key technical link between customers, sales and internal engineering teams.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations and solution development activities.
• Support deployment of Meissner technologies in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ensure solutions align with cGMP and FDA regulatory expectations.
