Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in Beloit, WI is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support for a biological process manufacturing facility.

You will develop and improve biological processes, scale-up new products from R&D, and support capital projects with a focus on cost optimization and producibility. The role is onsite, day shift, and requires a BS in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or related field with experience in biological processes and strong communication

Qualifications

• BS in Biochemical or Chemical Engineering or related scientific field.
• Knowledge of biological processes manufacturing processes required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with engineers globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology initiatives focusing on cost and capacity savings.
• Facilitate scale-up of new products from R&D to manufacturing at Beloit site.
• Design, integrate and improve biological processes, equipment, and methods.
• Support capital projects and ensure sanitary and sterile design for expansion.
