Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in a biological or engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years (BS) / 0 years (MS) of relevant lab experience in biologics.
• Experience with upstream and/or downstream bioprocess operations.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine rAAV manufacturing and laboratory activities for research and GLP-grade studies following established protocols.
• Perform hands-on upstream and downstream operations, including cell culture, vector production, centrifugation, filtration, and purification steps.
• Support process development and experimental studies at small and pilot-scale with approved protocols.
• Maintain clear, real-time documentation of lab activities and data for traceability.
• Assist with batch records, data compilation, and data review.
• Communicate progress and results to project stakeholders in a timely manner.
