Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking an Upstream Manufacturing Technician to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will perform media preparation, inoculum preparation, sampling, and other production activities in a GMP environment, following safety and quality procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and strong teamwork to meet production goals. Prior experience in manufacturing, lab, or biotech is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, laboratory, or pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform media preparation, inoculum preparation, and sampling activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Operate and clean manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively with the manufacturing team to meet production goals.
