Responsibilities

• Operate upstream manufacturing systems for media preparation, fermentation, growth, and harvest; handle fixed vessel systems and dispense components.
• Operate downstream systems including fixed tank systems, filtration, and chromatography; prepare large-scale buffers and manage hazardous materials with proper safety practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation to ensure Right-First-Time operations; follow cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing records; escalate issues as needed.
• Support production demands by assembling and preparing equipment and communicating effectively in a team environment.
