Job summary

Cavalier Logistics is seeking a full-time Truck Dispatcher to join our team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will assign loads, monitor routes, and support drivers while ensuring timely pickups and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in freight coordination and BioPharma transport, and a valid driver's license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in trucking, logistics or dispatching preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with load boards and DOT regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign loads and routes to drivers.
• Monitor truck locations and schedules for pickups/deliveries.
• Coordinate BioPharma shipments and temperature requirements.
• Communicate with drivers on pickups, deliveries and temperature settings.
• Utilize load boards to identify backhauls.
• Track shipments and update operations staff and systems.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
