Job summary

Syneos Health in Saint Petersburg, FL is recruiting a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) to drive sales in a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians, HCPs and prioritized stakeholders and execute a territory plan to maximize sales.

The role requires a BA/BS degree (Life Sciences preferred) and 2+ years of pharma sales or related internship experience. You will deliver product presentations, analyze market trends and collaborate across teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship in sales
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build relationships
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical, brand-specific presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the health care delivery system and physician hierarchy.
• Gain deep product and competitor knowledge and understand local market trends.
• Analyze local trends to craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand team and support partners to deliver customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training programs.
