Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Project Manager to integrate Process Development activities, focusing on CMC, across Pre-Pivotal, Pivotal and Lifecycle stages. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align deliverables with clinical and commercial targets, and maintain robust project timelines.

You will partner with PD leaders, Business Analysis and Performance to report metrics, manage governance reviews, and support process improvements within the Commercialization Office.

Qualifications

• Doctorate + 2 years PM required.
• Master's + 4 years PM experience acceptable.
• Bachelor's + 6 years PM experience acceptable.
• Associate's + 10 years PM experience acceptable.
• High school/GED + 12 years PM experience acceptable.
• 10+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Healthcare; direct CMC experience desirable.
• Cross-functional collaboration; strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and SharePoint is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage collaboration and team sites; track delivery and build repositories for PD deliverables.

• Facilitate and incorporate lessons learned and best practices.
• Support business process improvements, including alignment with the Commercialization Office.
• Provide project reporting including risk analysis.
• Manage/coach project managers supporting various products and projects.

What You Will Do

In this role you will integrate and understand Process Development activities by developing and maintaining project timelines for Pre-Pivotal, Pivotal and Lifecycle Management projects within Amgen's commercial portfolio.

Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development across all modalities. Partner with technical leads to identify key deliverables, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans. Proactively manage plans to meet deliverables.
