Job summary

Client is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for the CMC Integration team in Process Development.

Based at the Thousand Oaks, CA campus, you will integrate PD activities, build and maintain project schedules, and drive cross-functional collaboration across biologics and synthetics modalities. You will partner with technical leads, align with tox, clinical, and commercial targets, and influence portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/Bachelor’s with extensive PM experience required.
• PM leadership across cross-functional teams in pharma/biotech environments preferred.
• Experience with Process Development, CMC and clinical/technical interfaces desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for pipeline projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and deliverables.
• Communicate plans and risks in governance meetings and reviews.
• Draft timeline scenarios to inform portfolio decisions.
• Report product metrics and lessons learned.
