Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business.
• Five years' biopharma experience (lab, manufacturing, engineering or QA).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, planning and tracking activities across project teams; develop schedules and performance requirements.
• Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication across functional areas; serve as primary contact for project issues.
• Interact with outside partners, project team members and senior staff to ensure cooperation and goals are met.
• Analyze goals to balance new and existing projects; prepare organizational charts and disseminate information as needed.
• Present technical information to senior staff concerning schedules and budgets; educate teams on PM tools.
