Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Exton, PA seeks a Project Manager to lead client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership on biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical and/or food & beverage projects.

You will develop proposals, manage budgets, lead design and subconsultant coordination, and ensure timely delivery with high quality outcomes. Strong MS Office skills and 10+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or food & beverage sectors with production engineering and design leadership.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations and proposals to secure new work and network to uncover opportunities.
• Serve as the primary client contact and establish effective communication protocols.
• Visit client sites for pre-bid meetings, design reviews, and start-up support.
• Manage key accounts and support business growth with new clients.
• Prepare project budgets, forecast resource needs, and manage changes.
