Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; PMP preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in life sciences CMO/CDMO settings
• Experience with ERP software (Netsuite preferred), MS Office (MS Excel a must), MS Project (or Jira) and MasterControl (or similar QMS)
• Deadline-driven with strong organizational skills; results oriented
• Strong analytical, problem-solving orientation; intellectual curiosity
• Thrives on collaboration and can influence without authority; can work independently
• Proven multitasking and prioritization under aggressive timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams from relevant functions; chair internal and customer teams
• Develop full-scale project plans and schedules; track milestones and timelines
• Ensure execution per deliverables and timelines; maintain knowledge of project status
• Identify dependencies and critical path; go/no-go decisions
• Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations
• Communicate issues to stakeholders and present status to Executive Management
• Maintain client contact on project issues and ensure timely communication
• Represent the Voice of the Client while supporting Argonaut colleagues
• Assist in quoting for Change Orders and new business opportunities
• Communicate scope changes with internal teams and Business Development
• Support client relationships and business development initiatives
• Provide strategic portfolio oversight within Commercial/Program Management
• Lead internal process improvements and profitability initiatives
• Coordinate training and change management within the department
