Job summary

Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc. in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams across life sciences.

You will manage development and cGMP manufacturing projects, define milestones, schedules, and budgets, and keep clients aligned with deliverables. This 100% on-site role requires a bachelor’s in a scientific field, PMP preferred, 3+ years PM experience in life sciences, and proficiency with Netsuite, MS Office, MS Project, Jira, and MasterControl.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in life sciences CMO/CDMO environments.
• Experience with ERP software and QMS platforms (Netsuite, MasterControl) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams; chair internal and customer project teams.
• Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress and accountability.
• Manage scope, deliverables, budgets, risk mitigations, and change control for projects.
• Communicate issues and status to stakeholders and executives; prepare reports and presentations.
• Support Business Development in client relationships and change order opportunities.
