Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring for a hybrid role in Business Development. You will contribute to analyses, market research, and business plans across Partnerships, Commercialization, Technology Development, and Investments.

You’ll work on multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance opportunities that align with Mayo Clinic’s strategic priorities. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field, strong communication, and project-management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in business development, finance/venture capital, technology transfer, licensing, or partnerships.
Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Support Mayo Clinic Business Development mission and contribute to analyses and reports.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage workload effectively.
Assist in partnerships, commercialization, and technology development activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Work Units.
