Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead maintenance operations professional to support cell therapy manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and facilities. You will develop maintenance planning, optimize reliability metrics, and improve spare parts management to ensure continuous production.

This role requires establishing CMMS-based work management, leading MRO storeroom improvements, defining maintenance KPIs, investigating equipment issues, and ensuring GMP/GxP compliance while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
• 7+ years in regulated manufacturing environments
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Experience in biopharma, cell/gene therapy, or aseptic manufacturing
• Strong understanding of reliability metrics and GMP/GxP practices
