Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to oversee 24/7 operations, manage production supervisors and frontline staff, and drive continuous improvement in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

You will ensure compliance with GSK QMS/EHS and CFR/cGMP, develop workforce plans, set departmental priorities, and collaborate with engineering, validation, and tech transfer teams to meet safety, quality, and supply KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in biopharma/manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a management role overseeing direct and indirect reports.
• Hands-on operations experience and prior people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 manufacturing operations and production staff.
• Ensure compliance with GSK QMS/EHS, CFR/cGMP, OSHA.
• Oversee documentation practices and data integrity.
• Set priorities and meet safety, quality, and supply KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, validation, and tech transfer teams.
