Responsibilities

• Participate in client transactions and projects as an Analyst of the investment banking team.
• Interact with clients and internal banking team.
• Assist in preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients.
• Prepare valuation analyses of clients and targets.
• Review business plans, conduct research and analyze financial statements; perform due diligence investigations.
