A BS/BA in life sciences or finance, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. The role offers direct exposure to CEOs and CFOs and room for advancement.

The successful candidate will provide support to senior bankers in executing M&A transactions for clients across all sectors.
