Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is seeking an Event & Tradeshow Coordinator to support the Biopharma Product Testing and Medical Device Testing groups. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, webinars, meetings, and marketing events across North America.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with marketing, business development, and scientific

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or event management.
• Minimum of two years coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or marketing programs.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tradeshows, conferences, meetings, and events from planning through completion.
• Manage event schedules, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics including booth reservations, hotel accommodations, materials, shipping, and on-site support.
• Plan and support webinars, seminars, sales meetings, and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate venue selection, catering, and AV requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for event logistics and vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support event planning and execution.
• Develop promotional campaigns with marketing to drive attendance.
• Handle webinar scheduling, speaker coordination, attendee communications, and reporting.
