Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Marketing Team is seeking a Tradeshow & Events Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and analyze events, webinars, and tradeshows across North America. You will collaborate with the marketing and business development teams and technical experts to ensure successful events.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing budgets, handling lead capture, and producing post-show reporting while optimizing attendee participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in tradeshow and event planning.
• Reside within commuting distance to Eurofins Lancaster, PA campus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate events, meetings, and trade shows with budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Plan and execute trade shows, booths, registration passes, and logistics.
• Coordinate webinars and other corporate events with venues, catering, and AV needs.
• Manage on-site event activities, lead capture, post-show reporting, and budget tracking.
