Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an executive leader to own the enterprise application strategy, governance, and performance to enable scalable growth in a global biopharma context.

You will define and execute the application roadmap, modernize the landscape, ensure GxP compliance, and collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into capabilities, with 10–20% international travel and a hybrid setup in Warren, NJ.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise applications or IT leadership, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms, plus strong GxP, validation, and regulatory knowledge.
• Familiar with SaaS/cloud, data enablement, and modernization; proven stakeholder influence; vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise application roadmap in a regulated biopharma context.
• Simplify and modernize application landscape while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into application capabilities.
• Oversee major projects, manage vendor relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
