Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least six years delivering capital projects in a life sciences cGMP production environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects through all lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide general subject matter expertise and oversight of facility systems (process, layout, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Develop and maintain project charters, scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate design, construction, installation, commissioning, turnover activities for safe, compliant project delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors (drawings, submittals, RFIs, access, sequencing, schedules).
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; suggest corrective actions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, change requests; support contingency planning.
• Ensure work follows cGMP requirements, procedures, and change control processes.
• Prepare and deliver project updates; maintain records through lifecycle.
• Support equipment and facility qualification activities and turnover packages.
