Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI/ML, biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital health, AI/ML or tech-driven healthcare environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate delivery in a matrixed environment and build roadmaps.
• Experience assessing external innovation and prioritizing AI/data products.
• Ability to translate data concepts between technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of biometrics standards and workflows in drug development.
• Comfort with IT and enterprise data governance and compute discussions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering between AI for Clinical Development and Biometrics.
• Translate Biometrics priorities into a prioritized AI pipeline and roadmap.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and therapy areas, resolving dependencies.
• Align data, standards, and infrastructure with IT and data teams; ensure regulatory-grade AI.
• Continuously scan external landscape and identify methodological needs and opportunities.
