• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as an Electronic Technician or related role.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and factory systems.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components following procedures.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering on failures.
• Repair products to component level when needed to restore function.
• Follow documented procedures and drawings to ensure quality repairs.
• Inspect work, identify improvements, and support process optimization.
• Calibrate and verify test equipment to meet calibration requirements.
• Document repairs and test results in company systems and reports.
• Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to KPIs.
