Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician in Florida to travel between hospitals, troubleshoot and repair biomedical equipment, and document service results. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; university or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years technical service or equivalent experience preferred.
• HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies compliance; valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between hospitals to address service requests and installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues; document results.
• Maintain accurate quality records and reports; communicate with customers and internal partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and sales reps.
